Applications for the Forestry Tasmania and Southern Cross Television Community Assist program are now closed for 2007/2008.

As its title suggests, Community Assist seeks to help individuals and organisations who work hard to make their communities better places to live.

Community Assist is aligned to Forestry Tasmania’s core values.

These values are:

Community Assist seeks to provide funding for organisations and individuals that share these values.

Applications will be called twice yearly, and to ensure that all sectors of the community, large and small, are provided with an opportunity, Community Assist is divided into three categories.

Two rounds of funding will be offered annually read more. Applications for the second round of funding under Community Assist 2007/2008 is now closed.
