Re-seeding of state forest to commence soon

Forestry Tasmania will commence its annual program of regeneration burning and re-seeding of harvested areas soon.

General Manager Operations Paul Smith said the commencement of the program is timed to take place after the first Autumn rains, which have now fallen in most parts of the State.

FORESTRY Tasmania will be one of the many businesses around the country supporting the Leukaemia Foundation’s annual fundraising Great Shave on March 19.
